The Senior Duty Station Manager (SSM) is responsible for ensuring complete operational management of flights.

Through their agility and expertise, they uphold our commitments to safety and the fulfillment of commercial directives from our client airlines.

In compliance with the Ground Handling Agreement, the SSM oversees operations in alignment with the instructions and the performance indicators of the airlines.

With the expertise of Air France, our traffic technicians are perfectly equipped to meet the specific requirements of our customer airlines.

In compliance with safety and security standards, our aircraft supervisors manage the loading plan of each aircraft in an optimized manner, as well as the ramp coordination between all ramp service providers within the specified timelines.

Our service has a training team that plays an essential role in supporting our aircraft supervisors. Our trainers ensure that the processes defined by our customers are strictly applied. They work closely with our Customer Airlines Managers and our team in charge of Procedures. They actively provide their expertise during meetings and audits with our customer airlines.
