Air France Ground Handling offers the services of Air France lounges to eligible passengers of our customer airlines.

These lounges are exclusive spaces located in the heart of terminals 2E, 2F, and 2G, providing a superior level of comfort that reflects Air France's excellence in luxury travel.

THE PARIS LOUNGE AT TERMINAL 2C

Located at the boarding gates of Terminal 2C, this lounge is operated by Air France Ground Handling, and available for all airlines seeking a lounge service.

Open from 6:30 am to 11:30 pm, the lounge offers a range of services including international TV programs, free Wi-Fi, wines and spirits, snacks, newspapers and magazines, as well as a VIP area upon request.

THE HOTELS ACCOMODATION UNIT

 

As part of the operational irregularities handling, Air France's Hotels Accommodation Unit provides the following services to customer airlines:

  • Hotel rooms (for day-use or overnight stays)
  • Catering services
  • Transportation vouchers (for buses, taxis)

In compliance with the contractual rules of the assisted airlines, the Hotels Accommodation Unit operates with a constant focus on efficiency, cost control, and delivering quality service to clients.

This option allows travelers to enjoy their stay for a longer period while alleviating congestion at the check-in areas.
